2017 Celebrate Fairfax Vendor Consideration Form

This is the online request form for all new vendors interested in being considered for the 2017 Celebrate Fairfax! Festival.  Filling out this form does NOT guarantee placement at the 2017 Festival. This form ONLY indicates that you are asking to be considered for any open vending spaces for the event.  Once all return vendors from the 2016 Festival are confirmed for 2017, the committee will know what, if any, openings are available for 2017.  All new vendors will be required to submit references.  If a new vendor is selected, he/she will be contacted by phone to discuss further logistics and answer any questions.

Important Deadlines:
March 1st  -- Returning Vendors Confirmed and Registered
March 17th -- Food Vendor Interest Forms Reviewed
March 30th -- New Vendors Notified If Not Selected
April 1st -- Any New Vending Operations Selected are Confirmed and Registered
April 15th -- All Vending Spaces Filled for 2017 Festival
May 19th -- Certificates of Insurance Due for Accepted Vending Operations
May 26th -- Confirmation Materials Sent Out for Accepted Vendors
